I love my toys. Ok, who doesn’t, but seriously. I love my toys, especially my little blue squeaky doggy.

Mama and Papa got me a beautiful brown toy box to store all my treasures. This box is awesome! There is still a lot of room for more toys. And until then, I occasionally hang out inside my toy box.

Wohoo! Today was the first time I didn’t get sick in the car. I’m so proud of myself.

I still don’t like car rides though. I prefer staying at home and chewing on my puppy bone, playing with my KONG or just chill at the fireplace or at the front door, were it’s cool because of the tiles.

Unfortunately I’ll have to get used to that stupid car. Mama and Papa say, I’ll have to become a frequent traveler because they want to see a lot of the world – WITH ME. But I’ll guess it’s better than staying home alone.

Well, we’ll see how the driving thing turns out. Maybe one day I’ll even get to enjoy it. Who knows…

My first proper blog post! YAY!

Wow, I had some very very exciting days over the long Holiday weekend.

First, my new mama and papa picked me up at my breeders home on Saturday for my first car ride ever. I was so excited about that, that I had a little accident and I may or may not have puked a little. But Mama and Papa were nice and we drove all the way up north to the San Francisco Bay Area without any further accidents.

My new home is very nice. I have a basket with a lot of awesome toys. I LOVE IT!

But with all the excitement, we didn’t do much that evening. When I had to go to bed, I was put in a crate. I must say, that is not my favorite place in the world. I like sleeping in front of the fire place or the front door, because it is so nice and cool here on the stone floor but mama and papa insist on me being in my crate during the night. :-(

The first night I was a little homesick. I missed my beardie mommy, daddy, auntie and my 7 siblings a little but after a while I fell asleep. Mama stayed with me all night and I could lick her fingers, every time I woke up.

Since then, everything is going smoothly.

I already potty trained my family. I’m just sitting in front of the front door and off we go “gassi” which is German for a doggy walk.

My Mama and Papa are from Germany, which is why I’m a trilingual dog now. I speak dog, English and German. How awesome is that?

Well, and now I’m blogging too. Guess I’m a Beardie with many talents ;-)

Uh, oh, did I tell you, that I can do “sit”, “lay down” and “high five”? “High five” is my newest accomplishment which I learned in just 2 days. Mama is impressed, but don’t tell her, that it took me only a few minutes to figure that one out. But I wanted her to think, she had to do a lot of training with me. Tee-hee.

Today is the first day Papa has to go to work again after a few days off. Hope he’s not staying too long though, because I’m already missing him.
