I’m so busy right now, that I can hardly keep up with my blog. So I’ll try to tell you all about it, one adventure at a time
Saturday Mama and Papa took me to San Jose to a festival for dogs. It’s called “Bark in the Park” and it’s an annual event. There are lots and lots of humans but also lots and lots of dogs. Tee-hee
The humans have tents and stalls were they sell treats, toys, collars, leashes, bones, beds etc etc. Sometimes they have samples of food too and treats. I got a lot of treats that day.
My dog trainer Nancy was there too because “A Dog’s Life” (my school) had an info booth there too. I like Nancy and was so happy to see her.
I also met my friend from the park, Champ again. But he and his parents were already leaving so we didn’t have much time to catch up.
We also got some information about how to become a therapy dog and where I may go for a spa day.
Wohoo! That sounds fun.
We saw a happy tail wagging competition (which I totally would have nailed if Mama and Papa would’ve enrolled me in the competition) and some dogs that were doing fly ball. Wow! They were awesome! They could jump like ….that high! Amazing!
I also met a lot of dogs and had the most amazing time playing with a 6 months old Siberian Husky.
Guess what? When we went home I barely made it inside the house. I was sooooo tired. But I had so much fun and I hope to go to Bark in the Park again next year.
Oh, btw I didn’t see a single other Beardie – Not even the tiniest one
But I got a lot of attention, even though there were hundreds of other cute dogs there too. I guess, us Beardies are just too cute – tee hee.
